One-time setup or project-based services (e.g., website setup, campaign launch) are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as significant resources and time are invested upfront.
For ongoing monthly marketing retainers, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months or work already performed.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services despite reasonable opportunities to rectify.
