At Bid Forge Digital LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing and VPS hosting services. Due to the digital and customized nature of our offerings, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

VPS Hosting Services

Refunds are not available for VPS hosting after the service has been provisioned and the server is activated, as resources are immediately allocated and consumed.

If you experience technical issues with your VPS, our support team will work to resolve them promptly. In rare cases where we cannot resolve a major outage or failure to meet advertised specifications within the first 7 days, we may offer a prorated refund or credit at our discretion.

Billing is typically monthly or annually in advance. Cancellations stop future billing but do not trigger refunds for the current period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

All requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Domain registration/renewal fees
Third-party tools or ad spend (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads budgets managed on your behalf)
Setup fees or custom development work already completed

Chargebacks

Disputing charges through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in suspension of your services and account.
