BidForge Digital provides professional digital services including, but not limited to, web development, SEO, graphic design, and social media marketing. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).
Client Content: You retain all rights to any data, images, or branding materials provided to us for project use. Deliverables: Upon final payment, ownership of custom-developed code and design assets is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a licensing agreement. Agency Rights: BidForge Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
Project starts are typically subject to a commencement deposit. Final deliverables will be released or "gone live" only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.
Timely project completion relies on active client cooperation. Delays in providing requested content, feedback, or approvals may result in adjusted project timelines.
While we implement industry-standard best practices for security, SEO, and performance, BidForge Digital is not liable for third-party platform changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates, social media API changes) or hosting-related downtime beyond our direct control.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of notice.
